Around September 2022, the individual released a statement through a video platform claiming that a purported “corporate government” had been dissolved and that he acceded as monarch of a fictional realm named the Yashar El. Following these declarations, he established two so-called diplomatic offices and issued a variety of papers and identifiers, including documents intended to resemble official government paperwork.
The matter escalated when a law enforcement officer encountered a vehicle bearing license plates and papers tied to the so-called kingdom. A member of the public who possessed a similar set of documents convinced the officer that the materials might carry real legitimacy, prompting a covert inquiry into the operation behind these credentials.
