To boost supply, Gribov argues that it will be essential to stimulate several levers. Domestic production should be revitalized, parallel imports must be encouraged, and supplies from China, Iran, and India should be integrated into the market. According to the expert, the current shortage could begin to ease in the second quarter of the upcoming year, coinciding with renewed production of the Lada Vesta within Russia.
