In Tver, a resident of a multi story building spent several hours discarding belongings from his apartment and causing damage to cars parked nearby. Reports circulating on the Telegram channel Tver Incident and Tver Region show video footage that captures the aftermath of the event and the scale of the disruption.
One resident of the same building described how the man threw away everything in his living space, including an air conditioner, during a window from around 21:00 to shortly after 01:00. Observers estimated that the person responsible may have lived on either the ninth or the fifteenth floor, based on the position of the windows and the trajectory of the items hurled from the apartment.
Among the items discarded into the external areas was an air conditioner, while multiple cars in the vicinity sustained damage from debris and flying objects. The footage shows at least seven vehicles parked in the garden area with piles of rubbish and wreckage scattered around them, underscoring the extent of the debris field created by the outburst.
Previously, the individual allegedly owned a car service in Ufa and reportedly faced a dispute with an unsatisfied customer over overdue repairs. The customer demanded a refund, and in a case that reportedly stretched over a month, a payment of 28 thousand rubles was made to address troubleshooting delays that had extended beyond the originally agreed five days.
Earlier reports from Moscow mention another incident connected to this chain of events. A separate episode involved an attempt related to a Mercedes Benz G Class that ended with arson, a drastic move linked to the perception that the vehicle could not be secured or occupied by the would-be thief.
