The driver of a Ceylan vehicle lost control, leading to a rollover. Traffic control was established, with three lanes blocked while the leftmost lane stayed open for travel depending on the evolving conditions.
Earlier reports indicated a separate incident in which a bus driver in the Rostov region approached a disabled woman and attempted to force her from the vehicle, actions that sparked concern and drew attention to the dangers faced by vulnerable road users.
