The footage shows the driver attempting to jump back into the cab to halt the vehicle but failing, with an asphalt paver following behind the truck. The witness added that this was not an isolated event and that similar incursions by vehicles had occurred at the same entrance in the past. The account also contrasts with a separate prior report about two men sweeping the hood of a car at a high speed in Buryatia, which was noted earlier.
