In Rostov-on-Don, a grave accident occurred after five teenagers stole a car. A collision resulted in the death of a child, according to reports circulating on a Telegram channel affiliated with Don Mash.

One of the youths, a 16-year-old, was behind the wheel of a Ford Focus. He and three younger passengers were rushed to intensive care after the car left the road, struck a tree, and rolled over. Authorities say the stolen vehicle belonged to the parent of one of the children, as stated by the driver during initial inquiries.

Officials from the Rostov region’s vehicle and traffic safety agency confirmed that in addition to the 16-year-old driver, there were two more 16-year-olds and a 15-year-old girl in the vehicle. One child seated in the front passenger seat died at the scene, while the driver and the remaining passengers sustained injuries of varying severity and were admitted for treatment.

Earlier reports noted another deadly accident in the Republic of Mordovia, where four people, including two children, lost their lives. The ongoing investigations aim to determine responsibility and the sequence of events that led to these tragedies.
