The Japanese crossover Suzuki Ignis has arrived in a refreshed form of its third-generation model. This updated run keeps the compact charm while bringing smarter design touches and modern tech to match today’s urban driving needs.

Prices for these refreshed Ignis units range from about 620,000 rubles up to 1,000,000 rubles, depending on trim and equipment. Each version comes with a generous equipment list, and the mileage mark on these cars sits at a level that makes them feel nearly new for many buyers, typically around 8,000 to 15,000 kilometers. This gives buyers the best of both worlds: the appeal of a recent model plus a more accessible price point compared with brand-new units.

Under the hood sits a hybrid propulsion system built around a 1.2-liter gasoline engine. This configuration delivers up to 91 horsepower and sends power to all four wheels via a continuously variable transmission, ensuring smooth acceleration and efficient performance in city traffic as well as on light on-road conditions.

Suzuki Ignis remains a remarkably compact vehicle, with a length of 3.7 meters. That makes it about 4 centimeters shorter than the Lada Niva Legend, yet the Ignis still offers a noticeably richer equipment set and a higher level of finish for daily urban use. Its compact footprint is ideal for tight parking spaces, while its interior layout emphasizes practicality and comfort for both driver and passengers.

The equipment list for the crossover is substantial. It includes a start-stop system to help reduce fuel consumption, keyless access to the cabin, and engine start via a push button. The exterior lighting is upgraded with LED optics and a light sensor for automatic visibility adjustments. Mirrors are electrically adjustable, heated, and foldable, and the steering wheel houses audio controls for convenient control on the move. Inside, comfort is boosted by heated front seats, power-operated windows on all doors, and a multi-airbag protection scheme featuring six airbags to enhance occupant safety.

Safety and driver-assistance features are robust for a vehicle in this class. Highlights include anti-lock braking with brake force distribution, a secondary braking system, electronic stabilization control, traction control, and cruise control. The system also supports automatic braking in certain scenarios to help mitigate collisions, contributing to a confident drive in varied urban conditions. Climate control ensures a pleasant cabin environment, and the onboard audio system provides entertainment and information while on the road. A practical trunk space includes a dedicated area for storing small items, helping keep the cabin tidy and the cargo area versatile for daily use.
