In the suburbs near Kislovodsk, an incident unfolded at the entrance to the local bus station when a Gazelle minibus failed to yield to a Mercedes-Benz crossover. The collision caused the Gazelle to overturn and come to rest on its side. This information came via a Telegram update from the Stavropol State Road Traffic Inspectorate, reporting that the incident occurred around 3:45 p.m. on a Wednesday.

The driver of the Gazelle, who was making a leftward approach toward the bus station, did not obtain priority, resulting in a crash with the Mercedes. The force of the impact sent the passenger vehicle off the road, while the minibus tumbled onto its side.

Photographs attached to the report illustrate the extent of the damage: the Gazelle’s hull on the starboard side shows clear signs of blunt impact, and the rear mast amounting to a significant bend. The accident involved an elderly couple from Budyonnovsk, aged 53 and 44, respectively. Both sustained head injuries; the man also suffered a stomach injury, and the woman sustained a broken rib. The bus driver himself was transported to a hospital for evaluation. Records indicate that the driver had accumulated around 300 traffic violations in the preceding year.

Earlier, another incident surfaced in public footage, showing a taxi colliding on the Moscow Ring Road and causing a BMW to collapse to a stop. The sequence underscored the ongoing challenges urban traffic confronts, where even routine maneuvers can lead to sudden, serious outcomes.
