Across several regions, traffic authorities reported a notable drop in speed limit violations during November. The statistics show that speeds of 20–40 km/h over the limit (as described in part 2 of article 12.9 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) were recorded in Moscow at 38% below the previous month, with 898 thousand incidents versus 1.45 million. In the Moscow Region, the decline was even sharper at 40%, from 2.34 million to 1.4 million.
