Skoda’s Chinese division has begun selling the Kamiq crossover lineup, including the GT variant highlighted by its red trim accents. A recent report from Auto Home highlights these updates, underscoring Skoda’s push into the Chinese market with a refreshed small SUV option.
Inside the Kamiq, the dashboard now features intelligent backlight control, and the media system has grown to a 9-inch display from the previous 8 inches, enhancing user convenience and digital versatility. Standard equipment includes cruise control, parking sensors, and keyless entry. The practical cargo area offers 463 liters of space, which can be expanded to a generous 1,510 liters by folding the rear seats, accommodating larger luggage and bulkier loads with ease.
Under the hood, the Kamiq is powered by a 1.5-liter engine delivering 109 horsepower, paired with tires designed for lower rolling resistance to improve efficiency. The updated Kamiq is priced for the Chinese market in a broad range, starting around 11.9 thousand yuan and climbing to about 119.9 thousand yuan (roughly 1.2 to 1.3 million rubles depending on configuration and market fluctuations).
Earlier reports also noted that a 2003 BMW M5 was being offered for sale in the United States in a new-condition release, signaling ongoing interest in classic and modern performance models alike and suggesting sustained demand for high-performance sedans in North American markets.
