Shawarma Pavilion Opens at Minsk Tractor Plant Territory

The shawarma pavilion, named “Shawarma,” is set to open on the grounds of the Minsk Tractor Plant, according to quto.ru. The project will carry the Belarusian brand and aims to be a steady presence in the industrial district. The concept emerged after a successful pilot phase that took place on Prizavodskaya Square during the New Year holidays. The strong customer turnout during that period convinced MTZ management to make the kiosk’s operation a permanent feature, with an official opening slated for February 22. In the initial stage, the menu will feature shawarma portions of 200, 300, and 350 grams accompanied by three distinct sauces, with plans to broaden the assortment in the near future to meet evolving tastes and preferences.
