The Rudensk plant is positioned to become a major supplier of headlights for the Russian automotive sector, a point shared by company representatives themselves. The claim appeared in the Atypical AVTOVAZ community on VKontakte, highlighting a shift as Belarusian headlights replace previously sourced units from Germany, Poland, and France.
According to the company, the lighting equipment produced at the factory adheres to contemporary engineering standards. Components are molded from plastic, then subjected to vacuum metallization where aluminum, tungsten, chromium, and other metals are applied before final assembly. The finished headlights undergo rigorous lab testing to verify quality and reliability.
A single device can be tested over a four-day period, during which every parameter is evaluated. Tests specifically assess performance under heat, frost, fog, and heavy rain to ensure dependable operation across varied climatic conditions.
The enterprise has been in operation since 1928 and has already supplied products to well-known Russian brands such as UAZ, PAZ, LIAZ, AVTOVAZ, and Ural.
