The typical price of an insurance policy largely tracks the cost of spare parts. Following the fare corridor expansion in September, drivers anticipate that OSAGO rates may rise as well.

Yevgeny Ufimtsev, president of the All-Russian Union of Insurers, said that in the near term the average policy price is not expected to change.

“For now, the market appears to be stabilizing, and we expect improvements ahead. If the price of spare parts falls, then the overall cost of the policy could drop,” Ufimtsev stated.

Without proper ties, public order cannot be maintained, and medical care cannot reach those in need.

In collaboration with the Popular Front, “Behind the Wheel” has begun a campaign to raise funds for tire purchases. These tires will support the People’s Police patrol vehicles, operational services of the LPR and DPR, ambulances, emergency response units, humanitarian aid delivery vehicles, and military equipment. Donations can be made on the collection page.

Note: this initiative is documented by a national newspaper publication in the region.
