A resident of Murmansk captured footage showing a driver with diplomatic plates breaking traffic rules. The report from SeverPost.Ru provides the details.
A Toyota bearing red diplomatic plates was observed parked in the second lane on a busy stretch of Polyarnye Zori Street. According to the coverage, the person behind the wheel bore a resemblance to Krzysztof Krajewski, who serves as the Polish ambassador to Russia. Nearby, a Volkswagen with a diplomatic registration number was also spotted in close proximity.
Earlier, Murmansk regional traffic police had stopped two high-ranking Polish officials for traffic violations. Krajewski, the Polish Consul General in St. Petersburg, along with Grzegorz Slyubowski, faced scrutiny for speeding, ignoring traffic signs, and making maneuvers without using turn signals.
In a separate incident, a man from the Voronezh region reportedly collapsed while riding in a horse-drawn carriage.
