Users of the Million Prizes portal can pay for parking using points earned through active participation in city projects. In the capital, parking payments can be made through the Parking of Russia app by activating a new promotion called Moscow Parking. This feature integration aims to streamline how residents and visitors manage parking through digital services connected to city initiatives.
Maxim Liksutov, the Deputy Mayor of Transport, emphasized that Moscow’s leadership is prioritizing the enhancement of digital services and the addition of practical features to transport apps. The goal is to create a seamless experience that reduces friction for users while expanding the capabilities of city mobility platforms.

After users purchase the promotion, parking points appear in their account within the Russian Parking app. To redeem points, users should download or update the app to the latest version and complete the registration process within the app. For security and synchronization, both the Parking of Russia profile and the mos.ru profile should be linked to the same phone number. Points are then automatically credited to the user’s account for eligible actions or participation in qualifying programs.
