A traffic incident involving municipal staff from the Rostov regional administration occurred on the Taganrog-Beglitsa highway. Local authorities reported the event through a Telegram channel, Don Mash, noting that a minibus was involved and that emergency crews responded promptly.

According to the initial briefing, the car collided with the minibus, causing the Lada to overturn and slide into a roadside ditch. All affected individuals were transported to Taganrog’s emergency hospital for medical evaluation and treatment.

Video footage circulating online appears to show a Ford Transit minibus tipping onto its right side. The vehicle sustained visible damage, including a shattered windshield. Nine people reportedly required hospital care, as cited by Interfax-Russia News Agency.

Officials from the Regional State Traffic Inspectorate provided preliminary details, stating that a driver born in 1964, operating the Ford Transit, failed to comply with a traffic sign indicating that left turns are prohibited. The collision occurred while the Ford was moving in the same direction and attempting to overtake a Lada Vesta, which was traveling ahead as part of the same stream of traffic.

Earlier reports mentioned an unrelated incident in St. Petersburg involving two masked individuals and an attempted vehicle takeover. A Yemeni national allegedly demanded the keys to a Mercedes-Benz, an event separate from the Rostov accident.

Additionally, online reviews have circulated about an alleged case involving a former Kostroma resident and a non-existent vehicle valued at 1 million rubles. Authorities continue to investigate these claims as part of routine traffic safety and public order inquiries.
