In Dagestan, officers from the MREO traffic police discovered a Mercedes-Benz G63 that had been placed on a federal wanted list by Moscow police. The finding came from an official update on the Ministry of Internal Affairs site for the Republic.
According to the police report, the Mercedes-Benz G63, driven by a 34-year-old resident of Makhachkala, appeared on the federal wanted list for fraud in accordance with Article 159 Part 4 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The vehicle was identified during a routine check, revealing its status in the federal database and triggering further inquiries into the case.
The car located in Makhachkala had been registered on the Basmanny police department’s list in the central district of Moscow. Authorities are now pursuing the details of the alleged crime and identifying those involved to piece together what happened and why the vehicle was targeted.
