M-Hero I SUV Debuts in Russia with 816-HP Hybrid-Electric Drive

Official sales of the M-Hero I SUV have commenced in Russia, with prices starting at 16 million rubles. The information comes from a release by the Russian distributor Motorinvest, as reported by socialbites.ca, and reflects the model lineup now entering the local market.

The M-Hero I conceals a unique powertrain arrangement featuring three electric motors delivering a combined 816 horsepower, complemented by an internal combustion engine that recharges the traction battery. This SUV is capable of traveling up to 175 kilometers on a single charge, while total range expands to about 750 kilometers when the fuel engine is utilized to supplement the battery. Fast charging enables a charge from 30 percent to 80 percent in roughly 38 minutes, and the vehicle rides on an adaptive air suspension whose ground clearance adjusts from 221 to 326 millimeters. A rear axle with steering further enhances maneuverability and stability at speed and during cornering.

In its initial market introduction, the M-Hero I will be offered in three exterior colors: black, gray, and dark green. The interior highlights leather finishes and select wood species, with front and rear seats that are electrically adjustable, heated, ventilated, and equipped with a massage function. This emphasis on comfort and premium materials signals the brand’s intent to position the M-Hero I as a high-end electric vehicle in the Russian segment, aligning with broader shifts toward luxury electric mobility in the region.

Earlier, Avtotor was known for establishing a new car brand named Amberauto, marking a notable moment in the evolution of the local automotive landscape.
