The gunman was apprehended after a police tip-off about the incident. The motives behind the action have not been disclosed by officials at this time.

Earlier, in Altai, a man allegedly stole his former girlfriend’s car and hid the vehicle in the woods due to suspicions she was dating other men.

Previously in Pervouralsk, a Daewoo Nexia driver allegedly mounted the car, drove off, and struck a cyclist on the sidewalk, prompting concerns about road safety and reckless driving in the area.
