Kaiyi, the Chinese car brand, has raised prices across its lineup in Russia, according to reports from Russian publications. The move affects all models currently offered in the market.
The Kaiyi E5 sedan’s base Standard version now starts at 2.2 million rubles, up by 85 thousand rubles. The Luxury+ and Sport trims have each seen larger increases, rising by 130 thousand rubles and 167 thousand rubles respectively, to 2.29 million rubles and 2.36 million rubles. Notably, the Luxury version has been discontinued from the current model range.
The Kaiyi compact crossover also saw price adjustments, with the Luxury configuration climbing by 132 thousand rubles. Separately, the company updated the pricing for the recently launched Kaiyi X3 Pro, which now begins at 2.52 million rubles, up from 2.49 million rubles.
Previously, Mazda in Japan announced a price update for the MX-5 Roadster, marking another example of automakers revising prices in response to market and supply factors.
