According to the report, a Nissan Qashqai was stopped in the village of Dvurechensk with a driver showing signs of drunkenness. Investigators requested a sobriety check, but the driver declined. After the police called for a tow truck, the driver climbed onto the car roof, and officers moved to restrain him and place him under arrest.
During the arrest, the individual allegedly pushed officers, grabbed their uniforms, and pressed against the vehicle with his hands. While being transported to the police department in a patrol vehicle, he reportedly reached for the handbrake. The officers prepared protocols for refusal to undergo a breath test and for disobeying a police officer, and the Nissan crossover was towed to a private parking area for further processing.
