According to the report, the clash occurred on Griboyedov Street. Video footage shows a Kia Rio driver, license plate 001, standing beside a Lada Largus before moving toward the other vehicle. He opens the door and engages the driver seated behind the wheel, grabbing him and striking him at least three times, then delivering additional blows to the person in the front seat. After the punches, the aggressor returned to his car, climbed back inside, and drove away. The report did not specify the victim’s condition.
Shortly after, in Vladivostok, authorities detained a man for firing a signal gun on a public street and attempting to throw himself onto moving cars. A nearby vehicle’s camera captured the moment when the suspect blocked a path, jumped onto the hood, and pressed his forehead against the windshield.
