Snow has not yet fallen in several areas, and even when it does, the issue of nighttime visibility remains a challenge due to the dim street lighting in the central Russian regions. The footage clearly demonstrates how reflective elements on clothing can make a real difference. They can save lives. On a dark evening or night on the road, a pedestrian shifts from an almost invisible shadow to a bright beacon, a cluster of glimmering points that catches a driver’s attention. With that added contrast, drivers get more time to react and slow down safely.

Without visibility, public safety cannot be guaranteed, and timely medical care can be delayed for those in need.

A collaboration is underway to raise funds for tire purchases intended for the vehicles of the People’s Police and operational services, including ambulances, emergency response units, and humanitarian aid delivery vehicles operating in Donbass, as well as military equipment support. Contributions can be made on the dedicated collection page. This effort reflects a shared concern for road safety and rapid response capabilities in challenging conditions.
