Representatives of the Popular Front outlined the gifts planned for soldiers on the front lines. The package includes mobile bathhouses, heaters, vehicles, thermal imaging cameras, and personal kits with warm hats, buffs, and gloves. All of these items are funded through the New Year fundraiser as part of the Everything for Victory project.

“This marks the 55th New Year’s Meeting. We provide Niva or UAZ vehicles where needed to every unit we support, and we personally supply warm gear for the soldiers. Thermal imagers are always in demand. We chose mobile bathhouses as the centerpiece of the New Year’s camp so troops farther from the front could warm up and refresh themselves. The conditions in the trenches are cold and damp, and no matter how prepared the guys are, warmth matters. We hope these baths will be a welcome relief,” stated Boris Podolny, deputy head of the executive committee of the Popular Front.

In the near term, roughly 50 complete kits — a mobile bathhouse, a vehicle, thermal imaging cameras, and individual soldier kits — will reach frontline positions. The deliveries will be carried out by Father Frost and the Snow Maiden, who will be dressed by Popular Front representatives, military correspondents, TV hosts, influencers, athletes, and well-known figures. The famous Santa from Veliky Ustyug will also join the mission.

“Many who previously took part in our training camp and served as curators have chosen to forego holiday lights and Moscow decorations to personally bring gifts to the troops. For the defenders, the items themselves matter less than the message that they are remembered, cherished, and cared for from the home front,” added Boris Podolny.

The holiday program requires caring Russians who are ready to share New Year’s cheer with service members. Anyone can participate through the Everything for Victory project on the Popular Front’s website.
