Exeed RX stands as the brand’s fourth model in the Russian lineup, marking a roadworthy realization of the AtlantiX concept car. It is the production embodiment of a design that blends bold styling with practical performance, delivering a compact yet powerful driving experience. The RX is equipped with a 2-liter turbocharged engine delivering 249 horsepower, paired with a seven-speed automated dual-clutch gearbox and four-wheel drive that enhance traction in varying road conditions across North American markets.
Across its drive modes, the RX offers seven choices that cover the usual urban needs and extend into more adventurous terrains. Traditional Eco and Normal modes optimize efficiency and comfort, while Sport mode sharpens throttle response and steering for a more dynamic ride. In addition, Snow, Mud, Sand, and a dedicated 4×4 setting tailor the vehicle’s behavior to specific surfaces, whether negotiating wintry streets or sandy backroads. The suspension system, described as CDC with adjustable damper stiffness, allows drivers to tune ride comfort and handling to match road conditions or personal preference.
One standout element of the RX is its dynamic lighting system, which responds to the selected music to create a synchronized visual experience. The cabin is outfitted with a Sony audio system that houses 14 speakers, delivering a rich, immersive listening environment that complements the vehicle’s performance-oriented ethos.
For the first time in this model line, the RX incorporates paddle shifters that enable quick gear changes, while essential vehicle functions can be controlled via touch-enabled steering wheel controls. This integration of tactile and digital interfaces aims to provide intuitive access to core systems without diverting attention from the road.
The all-around 540-degree visibility system is designed to extend the driver’s awareness beyond the immediate surroundings, granting a view of the space beneath and around the vehicle as well. A welcome feature is the air care option, which includes ionization and aromatization with a choice of three fragrances to refresh the interior atmosphere during drives.
Two trim levels are offered for the RX, with the final pricing to be disclosed at a later date.
