In Saransk, a Daewoo Nexia crashed into the entrance gate of the Mordovian government building, according to reports from the Telegram channel Mash.
The incident reportedly happened in the early hours of a Sunday morning. The driver, traveling in a Daewoo Nexia, crossed the pedestrian area, mounted the steps in the vehicle, and collided with the government building’s entrance in the direction opposite to the traffic flow. There were no injuries reported as a result of the crash, but the 32-year-old driver was subsequently transported to a psychiatric hospital for evaluation. The motives behind the driver’s actions were not disclosed by authorities or Mash.
