Authorities allege a group of criminals orchestrated a scheme to steal spare parts by creating caches inside the company territory. From these caches, they transported the parts through the checkpoint, aided by accomplices from the factory’s security service who had access to the stock.

Subsequently, the stolen spare parts, including items that had been ordered, were moved to a makeshift “warehouse”. This storage site was set up in garages on Gorky Street in Ulyanovsk. From there, the stolen inventory was distributed to the supply line that led to the fence, which is now facing court proceedings.

As a result of these activities, the enterprise suffered damage amounting to 799 thousand rubles. Some of the suspects have admitted their involvement, while others deny guilt.

The leader of this criminal group is identified as Radik Fetkulov, a 40-year-old electrician of the sixth category at UAZ. He is charged under paragraph a, part 4 of article 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, which carries a potential sentence of up to 10 years in prison and a fine of up to 1 million rubles.
