Incident in Chelyabinsk Involves a Half-Naked Passenger on a Car Hood
In Chelyabinsk, local traffic authorities filed four administrative protocols against the driver of a VAZ-2110 after a passenger, barely dressed, was observed riding on the hood of the car through city streets. The report was issued according to information from 74.ru.
The details indicate that the incident took place near the university campus. The traffic police prepared an administrative report against the 20-year-old driver for operating a vehicle without a valid license and without insurance. The driver was also cited for transporting a passenger seated outside the cabin and for driving without proper credentials.
A video captured from another vehicle and shared on the Chelyabinsk News Telegram channel shows the passenger, shirtless and in shorts, perched on the hood of the Lada. In the footage, the passenger grips the edge of the hood with one hand and points aggressively as the vehicle moves. The car had its hazard lights on while gradually merging into the right lane amid other traffic.
Officials from the traffic police noted that the driver expressed remorse for the dangerous stunt after being brought to justice.
Earlier reports indicated a separate incident in the Chelyabinsk region involving a wasp entering a car, which reportedly contributed to a crash in that area.
Authorities emphasize that such reckless behavior endangers everyone on the road and remind drivers to adhere strictly to traffic regulations, including carrying a valid license and insurance, and ensuring passengers remain inside the vehicle during operation.
