The vehicle pairs a 1.5-liter turbocharged gasoline engine that delivers about 139 horsepower with an electric motor, creating a versatile hybrid setup. In the all wheel drive configuration, the combined output climbs to roughly 200 horsepower, providing solid performance capabilities for varied road conditions. This balance of internal combustion and electric propulsion supports a flexible driving experience, whether navigating city streets or tackling longer routes. In all electric operation, the Frigate 07 can cover a considerable distance, ranging from approximately 100 to 205 kilometers depending on battery size and usage patterns, while the overall hybrid range can extend up to around 1200 kilometers, offering extended travel without frequent recharging interruptions.
Key user-oriented features include the ability to use a NFC capable smartphone as a car key, enabling a streamlined start and access process.
