Alexander Buynov expressed frustration over not finding the original door and fender from his 1957 Volga after the crash. According to him, the parts on sale do not fit the vintage model, and he made this clear during the discussion.
During a television broadcast, Buynov appealed to people across Russia, hoping someone could come forward with spare parts for this classic car.
Buinov described the accident as it occurred in Moscow.
“There is a single spot in the city center where a right turn must be taken up a slope. I signaled to a pedestrian who slowed down, and as I passed, that person unexpectedly pressed the brakes again and caused the collision”, the singer recounted.
The performer did not suffer injuries in the incident.
Requires 7,000 tires in popular sizes
Without proper tires, public order cannot be guaranteed, and medical care cannot reach those in need.
“Behind the wheel” collaborated with the Popular Front to raise funds for purchasing tires for the vehicles used by the People’s Police and operational services of the LPR and DPR, including ambulances, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, humanitarian aid transport, and army equipment. Contributions can be made on the collection page for tire purchases.
