The driver of a regular city bus in the Tsilninsky district of the Ulyanovsk region slid into a ditch after a heated argument inside the cabin. The incident was reported by the Telegram channel Simbirsk Shugozhor.
According to the report, the collision happened in the village of Pokrovskoye. A verbal dispute erupted between the bus driver and a passenger. In the course of the argument, the driver lost control of the steering wheel and veered off the road into a ditch.
The crash took place on a very icy and slick road. The surface had not been treated with sand or salt at the time of the accident. After the event, a photo shows sand scattered on the highway as a temporary measure to improve traction. A heavy tractor was brought in to pull the bus out of the ditch. Fortunately, there were no injuries reported as a result of the incident.
