The clip, published by the Telegram channel “Svodka 25,” shows a man colliding with a woman on the street near the bus and a scream breaking through the scene. An eyewitness described how the driver allegedly struck the victim’s vehicle, attempted to leave the scene, and then began to assault the person.
Earlier reports indicated that at least eight individuals were present in Novosibirsk when a large confrontation broke out, blocking traffic on a major highway near a bus stop.
