AVTOVAZ Schedules Lada Largus Output and Plans for Vesta NG Ramp-Up
From December 12 to 16, AVTOVAZ is slated to assemble 500 Lada Largus station wagons. The production run is dedicated entirely to fulfilling contracts with business clients, ensuring steady deliveries to commercial partners across the region.
This batch marks the second Largus production run for 2022. Earlier in the year, a first production wave took place between July 21 and August 4, producing 1,800 units that included both station wagons and vans. The company used those units to satisfy a mix of fleet orders and dealer inquiries, reinforcing AVTOVAZs capacity to meet corporate and commercial demand.
Upon completion of the Largus assembly, the production line will be reconfigured to support the Lada Vesta NG. This shift aligns with the company’s broader plan to optimize the factory floor by transitioning capacity from the Largus lineup to the Vesta NG model as market demand evolves. The policy notes indicate that the Largus will reappear in production later, once the dealer network has absorbed the current Vesta NG supply and demand signals shift again in favor of the Largus family.
