Audi Debuts the Q6 Crossover in China with Spacious Seven-Seater Design
Audi has begun delivering the Q6 crossover in the Chinese market, according to the company’s official press communications. The model is currently offered exclusively in China, with a starting price set at 500 thousand yuan. At today’s exchange rates, this figure translates to roughly 4,291 million rubles, underscoring Audi’s pricing strategy for the region.
Dimensions place the Q6 at 5099 mm in length, 2014 mm in width, and 1784 mm in height. Built on the MQB Evo platform, the vehicle emphasizes a configurable interior that can accommodate up to seven occupants, including the driver. Inside, the cabin features leather finishes that contribute to a refined, premium living space for passengers.
Power specifications highlight two turbocharged engines. A 2.5-liter turbocharged unit delivers 299 horsepower, while a 2-liter turbocharged option provides either 231 or 256 horsepower depending on the configuration. All variants come equipped with a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission and an all-wheel-drive system, aiming to balance performance and stability under varying driving conditions.
