In Omsk, a troubling incident unfolded when two teenagers carried out arson on a Nissan Tiida at the behest of a 17-year-old customer seeking to create a video for social media. The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Omsk region reported the event, noting that a 33-year-old physician from a local hospital alerted the authorities after witnessing the car fire. The blaze damaged the passenger compartment configuration, the hood and engine area of the Nissan, and it also affected a nearby SUV’s headlamp. Authorities identified the two Omsk residents, born in 2003 and 2004, as the perpetrators, with the younger participant serving as the individual who initiated the scheme.
