The acquiring entity, Volkswagen Group Rus LLC, took over Volkswagen Components and Services, Scania Leasing, Scania Finance and Scania Insurance, along with distribution and after-sales operations, and the Kaluga plant. Previously, the Kaluga site assembled the Tiguan, Polo, and Skoda Rapid, but production ceased in March 2022.
