The TASS agency was informed about this in the Main Road Traffic Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
Most often, drivers with foreign license plates in Russia violate the speed limit. The deductible is from 20 to 40 km/h. In these cases, the traffic police filed 242.8 thousand administrative cases in six months.
