In the spring of 2021, the Muscovite Tamara bought herself a black Prada dress for 380,000 rubles. Already at home, she discovered that there were bumps on the sleeves of the dress.
Muscovite again came to the boutique and asked for a refund for a low-quality product. The dress was under review, which showed that the buyer made the pompoms himself. Tamara turned to independent experts who determined that the cause of the delays was a manufacturing defect.
With the results of an independent examination, the Muscovite went to court and asked Prada to compensate for the estimated damage at the cost of two dresses – that is, 740 thousand rubles.
