Japanese automaker Infiniti knows it needs to update its product lineup more frequently with the QX80 SUV, which has been on the production line since 2011. In this respect reports Carbuzz.com quotes Infiniti Americas Vice President Craig Case.

“We want to update our products much faster. “We want to make sure we enter the market with the right products sooner than we did with the previous-generation QX80,” Case said.

He also said the company is moving faster through its product cycle, citing the example of the Infiniti QX60, which is scheduled to be updated next year. The Japanese company also plans to introduce electric sedan and crossover in the near future.

The chief executive of Infiniti’s American branch also stated that the most attractive market segment for him is C-class crossovers such as the Audi Q3 and BMW X1.

It was before named Haval crossover, which Russians buy more often in February.
