Forthing T5 Evo crossovers will have all-wheel drive in Russia, reports Analytical agency “Autostat” for the distributor of Forthing cars, the Ixen company.
The car will have an all-wheel drive version developed specifically for the Russian market. Assembly of all-wheel drive vehicles will be established at the Avtotor plant in Kaliningrad. The Chinese company Dongfeng Liuzhou Motor is responsible for the development of the all-wheel drive version with multi-plate clutch.
The length of the Forthing T5 Evo crossover is 4565 mm, the wheelbase is 2715 mm. Under the hood of the car is a 1.5 turbo engine with 197 hp, paired with a seven-speed Magna robotic transmission. Russian versions of the car are also equipped with a heated steering wheel and windshield.
