Russian automaker AvtoVAZ has removed information about Lada Granta hatchback and station wagon cars from its official website. In this respect reports Avtograd News is publicly available on the VKontakte social network.
“Lada Granta hatchback and station wagon have been removed from the AvtoVAZ website,” the message says.
The fact that AvtoVAZ removed the cheapest station wagon in the Russian market, Lada Granta, from its price lists became known in November 2023. As AvtoVAZ says, such a change to the Granta station wagon has not been made since the end of 2022. The decision to abandon the change was due to a lack of demand.
It happened before that knownSales of Lada Vesta, which does not have airbags, started in Russia. The cost of such a machine is 1.46 million rubles.
Also AvtoVAZ restarted equip Lada Granta cars with central locking. Due to component shortages, this option was removed from all model trim levels in February 2023.
