Kia has decided on a name for its new crossover; It will be called Clavis and will be produced in India. In this respect reports Autocar India cites sources.
According to the publication, the car, which is less than 4 meters long, will go on sale at the end of 2024 and will go on sale at the beginning of 2025. It is expected to receive three types of power plants: electric, hybrid and internal combustion engine. It is planned to produce up to 100 thousand new crossovers in India, 80% of which will be equipped with internal combustion engines. Some of the vehicles produced are planned to be exported.
The new Clavis will be located between Sonet and Seltos in the Korean automaker’s product range. The new product will have an appearance specific to SUVs, but will not be equipped with a four-wheel drive system.
