Cinematographer Igor Grinyakin’s Toyota car caught fire in the center of Moscow. reports Telegram channel “MK: breaking news”.
According to him, the day before, a fire broke out in a car during an evening traffic jam on the Garden Ring, not far from the US Embassy. Shortly before that, Grinyakin had taken his five daughters out of the car. The cameraman and his family were going to attend the premiere of the film at the Oktyabr cinema.
Drivers of other cars rushed to Grinyakin’s aid. The fire in the vehicle was extinguished with 4 fire extinguishers.
Igor Grinyakin is a famous cinematographer who has won the Golden Eagle award many times. In 2002, he managed to leave the Karmadon Pass shortly before the collapse of the Kolka glacier, which fell on Sergei Bodrov’s film crew.
