As a result, the certificate may quickly become unusable. At the same time, you cannot laminate the document yourself, since protective elements are applied to the film. Vehicle owners who complained about the separation of layers of the STS were able to solve the problem only by contacting REO again. They asked the inspector to run the document through the laminator again.
Quto suggests that a change in film supplier for CTC forms could cause similar problems.
