Haval recalls 55 thousand vehicles to be equipped with emergency call devices in Russia

In Russia, Haval will conduct a recall campaign for 55 thousand F7, F7x, Jolion and Dargo crossovers produced in 2022 and 2023. In this respect reports Rosstandart.

During production at the factory, these vehicles were not equipped with in-vehicle emergency call devices (UVEOS) connected to the ERA-GLONASS system, which was allowed by the relevant government decree. During the recall, dealers will install the missing equipment on the vehicles.

“A planned renewal of UVEOS will be carried out on all vehicles. In its statement, Rosstandart said that authorized representatives of the Havel Motor Manufacturing Rus LLC manufacturers will inform the owners of vehicles subject to recall by sending a letter and/or by phone that the vehicle should be delivered to the nearest dealer for repair work.

VIN numbers of vehicles requiring retrofit are published on the ministry’s website.
