The average price of a second-hand car in Russia increased by 24.4% from October 2022 to October 2023. In this respect reports analytical agency “Avtostat”, with reference to data from its own monitoring of prices in the secondary market.
The average price of a second-hand car for sale in Russia at the end of October 2023 was 1.52 million rubles. Moreover, in January 2023 the same figure was 1.32 million rubles, and in October 2022 it was 1.22 million rubles.
Thus, between January and October 2023, the price of second-hand cars in Russia increased by an average of 203 thousand rubles, or 15.4%. Last year, that is, from October 2022 to October 2023, the average price increased by 24.4%, as calculated by Autostat.
The average price was calculated based on monitoring offers on the secondary market, without taking into account sales volumes.
