Therefore, by postponing a full-fledged reboot of Largus to 2023, the factory is collecting limited batches. The first such batch was released in the summer, the second, in the amount of 500 pieces, was scheduled for the end of this year. However, insiders report that these plans will most likely not be realized.

The fact is that all the personnel in the assembly of cars is deployed on the extra staffing of the already assembled Granta and Niva cars, for which certain parts and assemblies were missing. According to various estimates, now from 5 to 9 thousand cars have accumulated on the territory of the plant, which, in fact, need to be fully assembled and sent to car dealers.

When will the meeting of Largus come? Earlier, optimistic forecasts spoke of the beginning of 2023, roughly equivalent to the restart of Largus with the launch of Vesta NG production in Togliatti. However, in a recent interview, the head of AVTOVAZ, Maxim Sokolov, set the date for the return of Largus in the fall of 2023. Probably the reason for this delay is that licensed vans and station wagons cannot be produced without a scarce ABS- system.
