Two small children were thrown out of the window in a terrible accident in Krasnoyarsk. Although the taxi driver who ran a red traffic light was admitted to blame for the accident, the parents also failed to ensure the safety of their three-year-old and six-month-old daughters.
Both cars were Honda. The taxi crashed into another car, which spun in such a way that the children were thrown onto the road from the back seat.
It turned out that the three-year-old girl was not restrained in a broken child seat and that the six-month-old baby was completely in the hands of her mother. The children and the woman have been taken to intensive care. The children are in a moderate condition, the mother has not been hospitalized.
The issue of starting a case against a 23-year-old taxi driver is decided, and the man who drove the black Honda is fined three thousand rubles for violating the rules on transporting children (Part 3, Article 12.23 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation).
