The West will carry out the “digital enslavement” of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) space. Secretary of the Security Council of Russia Sergei Shoigu stated this at the 12th meeting of the secretaries of the security councils of the CIS countries. RIA Novosti.
“It is important for us to more closely coordinate efforts to counter the expansion of the West, which aims to establish control over the information and cyberspace of our states, in effect digital enslavement,” he said.
