The authors of the channel note that, in the face of a number of requests, many service centers refuse services due to the fact that employees do not know how to repair phones with a new update. Experts call rolling back the device to the previous 17th version of the software as one of the ways to deal with malfunctions.
Interviewed experts emphasize that if the problems with the new operating system are not resolved, Russians will lose their devices, because in case of a malfunction it will not be possible to replace them with original spare parts due to sanctions.
